Our People Model
Through our work on many Projects in many sectors and businesses over the years, we have built ourselves a great network. We regularly see issues similar to ones that we have already experienced and resolved before... and on the rare occasion we feel that we can't fix it, we will know someone who can! Our people are highly-qualified, highly skilled and highly experienced. We run a model of independent contractors and trusted partner companies from our network, aligned and cohered under the guidance and leadership of Project Intervention. This model allows us to be agile, diverse and tailored to each customer need. Some examples of our people and partners are below.
John Littlewood - ChPP RPP MAPM
John has been leading Projects and Programmes for over 20 years in a variety of sectors. He has an intimate knowledge of P3M processes and toolsets. He has been a 'Head of Programme Management' for two multinational global corporations. John specialises in leading Projects in Engineering, Aerospace, Defence and Logistics. Regularly commended by clients for his strong leadership skills, he was one of the first people in the world to be accredited as a Chartered Project Professional in 2018.
Frost Business Management Partnership
We have been working with Tim and Ashley from FBMP (Frost Business Management Partnership) for over a decade now. They provide outstanding P3M and Commercial services, and have experience of multiple sectors and in several geographies. FBMP form a key part of Project Intervention's network and we support each other's clients where appropriate, providing additional skills, experiences and capacity.
